At Brookberries, quality is always our top priority. When we speak of quality, we mean flavour, aroma, colour and shape, but also the shelf life of our strawberries. That’s why, in partnership with Fossa Eugenia, we focus on shortening the supply chain and our strawberries are delivered as directly as possible.
By specialising in growing strawberries in greenhouses, we can guarantee fresh strawberries of consistent quality with an excellent shelf life throughout the year. To maintain this high standard of quality, we perform weekly quality checks, and we hold five different quality certifications at each site.
To ensure we can continue providing top-quality strawberries in the future too, we work with breeders to explore ways to improve flavour and work closely with NGOs to identify ways to improve our environmental impact. We’re committed to going beyond legal requirements in these efforts.
