Our passion for strawberries is in our blood. As a family-owned business involving two families, we have been cultivating greenhouse-grown strawberries with passion and dedication since 1999. Over the years, we’ve gained extensive specialised expertise and experience in strawberry cultivation, from a seedling to packaging, which we apply with unwavering dedication every single day. Our strawberries are unique in both flavour and quality
With passion and precision, every year we grow around 3.5 million kilograms of strawberries in greenhouses, over a total area of 30 hectares at five sites in the municipality of Venlo. We cultivate fresh, high-quality strawberries year-round. The combination of cutting-edge technology, sustainability and our passion and craftsmanship, makes our strawberries unique in both flavour and quality.
From our own seedling to the optimal production plant
At Brookberries, we maintain control over the entire process, from seedling to strawberry, by actively contributing to the propagation of our plants. We work closely with a specialised propagator who understands exactly how we operate and what we expect from our plants. This ensures we always have strong, healthy plants from our own propagation material, tailored perfectly to our commercial growing.

We operate three advanced packaging lines, enabling us to meet all the packaging requirements of our diverse customer base. From open containers to sealed packages with top seal, cardboard boxes or even wooden packaging. Whether a printed label is required, or a bespoke customer-specific label, anything is possible.

By partnering with Fossa Eugenia for distribution, our supply chain is short, which helps maintain the exceptional quality of our strawberries for the end consumer. Fossa Eugenia distributes our strawberries to vegetable specialist stores, bakeries, wholesale markets and supermarket chains, both in the Netherlands and beyond.
